It’s called the golden hour for a reason! It is absolutely the BEST time to take your pictures be it family, couples or engagement

The difference between an outdoor session at 2 pm and a session done right before sunset in the exact same location is mind blowing. It doesn’t even look like the same location. It makes your photography look a bit magical, hence the golden hour’s nickname as “magic hour”.

That two-hour timeframe before the sun goes down softens the light and allows golden hues to perfectly illuminate and backlight a subject. The golden hour’s soft, warm, directional light makes it easier to shoot than the harsh light of a midday sun.

So I would HIGHLY recommend an early morning or sunset time to do your photo session!! :D
